Land Use Lesson 2 : Measuring Land Use and Land Cover

Students will be able to:

1. Identify land uses by working with a map and/or air photo.

2. Classify the land uses shown on a map or air photo.

3. Describe how people use the land.

4. Measure the amount of land in different land uses.
