Here they learn about giving their coaster the maximum energy needed to complete the course. Their coaster design is rated for safety and fun. After simulating a coaster and understanding how to design a safe and fun coaster, students use the design process to create a prototype coaster for an amusement park.

Squishy Circuits are fun for all ages! Use conductive dough and insulating dough to teach the basics of electrical circuits in a fun, hands-on way. Students can create a circuit which will Illuminate LED lights, make a motor spin, or a buzzer sound. Power is supplied by a 4AA battery pack and travels through the conductive dough to provide power to LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes), buzzers, or motors.

There is nothing more fun than tinkering and taking apart old and broken equipment and toys and creating something from it. Give a student an old phone or computer and have them take it apart. They can try to put it together again or create something new from the pieces. The students will see what these things look like inside and better understand how the equipment and toys work.
